We are currently looking for a new colleague. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and Product Management. You will be entrusted with managing a team of two marketing communication specialists in CZ and SK.

What you will be working on:

• Managing and supporting marketing communication specialists in CZ and SK in accord with the Head of Marketing and Product Management
• Creating, planning and executing of marketing communication strategy and plans according to DAW group rules and guidelines, Corporate identity and business plan of Caparol CZ and SK
• Coordinating of marketing budgets
• Planning and implementing of marketing projects, activities, and initiatives
• Proposing and coordinating POS materials concepts
• Supporting product and assortment launches with communication concepts and campaigns
• Planning of promotions in collaboration with the Sales team
• Developing websites and social media
• Developing and overseeing loyalty programs for different target groups
• Reporting and evaluating of above-mentioned agenda

We need you to have:

• Relevant higher education in the field of Marketing, business administration or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Creativity and conceptual thinking
